How the figures were produced
USDA Foreign Agricultural Service Production, Supply and Distribution balance sheet, bulk export psd_livestock_csv.zip, commodity 0115000 (Meat, Chicken), country Philippines, attribute Production. A different quantity from the PSA chicken-production series, which is quarterly and in metric tons liveweight. Market_Year is the data year; the market year still in progress is a USDA forecast and is excluded.
