How the figures were produced

Bureau of Animal Industry weekly "Livestock, Poultry and Feed Ingredients" price monitoring report, category 19, Table 1, column "FARMGATE DOC/head", read from each week’s published PDF. The reference date is the report’s own "As of" date, not its upload date, which runs about three weeks later.
