What this archive does not know

Every number on this site carries a source. These are the ones that could not, so they are not on the site at all. They are listed here with what was tried and what came back.

Almost every figure on this page is one the competing guides publish anyway, confidently and without a citation. A documented gap is worth more than an undocumented number, and this page is where that claim gets kept honest instead of just being asserted.

20 open gaps

G-1 — Backyard flock performance under Philippine village conditions

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-12 (24 days ago)

What is missing
any published PH average for backyard FCR, mortality, days to market weight, or lay rate
Who would publish it
PCAARRD, UPLB, CLSU, DA — none survey village flocks; breeder manuals describe controlled housing
What was checked
PCAARRD and UPLB trial figures, breeder manuals (European and Thai-derived)
What the site does instead
publish the manual figure, label it controlled-house, state on the page that no PH backyard average exists, and give a range rather than a point

G-10 — Search volume for PH poultry topics

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
absolute monthly search volumes, in either language, for every topic the site plans to target
Who would publish it
a keyword tool with Philippine data — none is subscribed
What was checked
PH-locale Google autocomplete harvest (gl=ph, hl=en and hl=tl), which measures demand structure around a seed and not volume
What the site does instead
every traffic figure in PLAN.md is labelled inferred and carries no demand-side evidence; treat the ramp as a plan, not a forecast

G-11 — Whether the Tagalog poultry SERP is actually unoccupied

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
PH-geo confirmation that the core Tagalog poultry SERPs are held by Scribd, SlideShare, Brainly and TikTok with no publisher competing
Who would publish it
nobody — it is an observation, and it needs a browser in PH geography to make
What was checked
the deep review tried and could not confirm it; the available search tooling resolves to US geography, and a US-geo SERP is not evidence about what a Filipino sees
What the site does instead
the Tagalog build proceeds on the original claim, which is flagged here as unconfirmed rather than treated as established

G-12 — Whether Journey by Mediavine counts all sessions or only premium ones

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
whether the 1,000-session minimum counts every session or only traffic from premium ad markets
Who would publish it
Mediavine — three of its own live pages disagree with each other
What was checked
help.mediavine.com/what-does-it-take-to-get-approved-by-mediavine (over 1,000 sessions, no geographic rule), help.mediavine.com/programs-and-the-publisher-path-to-growth (50,000 monthly sessions), mediavine.com/mediavine-requirements (USD 5,000+ annual ad revenue), plus secondary sources saying 1,000 premium sessions
What the site does instead
no ad line is planned for this site at all (decision 004), so the answer changes kattenfix's model and not this one

G-13 — Hours per month available to the portfolio

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
the number; it is not written down in any file in the workspace
Who would publish it
Jannine
What was checked
every PLAN.md and roadmap in the workspace
What the site does instead
none — this one is not a data gap the site can route around, and it is the number that settles whether a fourth site is affordable

G-14 — Current traffic for baboy, kattenfix and livedavao

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
any recorded uniques or sessions figure for any of the three existing sites
Who would publish it
the monthly portfolio check the root PLAN.md already prescribes, which nobody has run
What was checked
every repo in the workspace; no such record exists in any of them, and baboy's own roadmap marks the analytics fix critical and missing
What the site does instead
none — baboy's activation gate cannot be evaluated, no Journey application can be filed, and no sponsor can be priced until it is closed

G-15 — Feed sack price series

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
no published price for a sack of finished commercial feed, by any brand or tier
Who would publish it
feed millers (they don't), dealers (verbally), DA Bantay Presyo (feed-grade corn only), BAI (ingredients only)
What was checked
BAI category 19 PDFs, USDA GAIN Grain and Feed Annual RP2026-0007, PIDS DP2022-19, LGU procurement postings, Vitarich/Pilmico/B-MEG sites, vienovo.ph, jmpoultry.ph, marketplace aggregators
What the site does instead
the calculator asks the user for the figure; articles state a range with the variation acknowledged

G-17 — The traffic ramp assumes a corpus growing from zero

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
a pageview model for a site that launches with 60 articles already live
Who would publish it
nobody; it has to be built, and it cannot be built on top of G-10
What was checked
agent-os/research/revenue-model-2026-08.md section C5, whose ramp assumes 3-4 articles per week from month 1
What the site does instead
treat the front-loading as upside to be measured after launch, not as revenue to plan against

G-18 — Stocking density for a confined backyard coop, meat birds

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-15 (21 days ago)

What is missing
a PH figure for birds or kg per square metre in an ordinary closed backyard coop, for broilers and for native chicken raised for meat. Closed for layers by PNS/BAFS 312:2021
Who would publish it
BAFS, which publishes PNS/BAFS 262:2018 for free range and PNS/BAFS 312:2021 for cage-free layers, but nothing for a confined meat bird; PCAARRD, UPLB or CLSU could measure it
What was checked
PNS/BAFS 262:2018 full text from the BAFS register of approved PNS; all 423 rows of that register parsed 2026-08-15, which is what surfaced PNS/BAFS 312:2021 and closed the layer half; then, the same day, three more read at the document — PNS/BAFS 370:2023 (restates 262 and defers housing back to it), PNS/BAFS 296:2020 (no chicken density of its own, and scoped to commercial farms), and DA Administrative Order No. 12 s. 2002 (Appendices I and II are broiler BREEDERS only, 5 pullets/m² to 20 weeks, 3.5-4 hens/m² in production, 4 males/m²); PNS/BAFS 184:2016 sets no density at all; Aviagen Ross Broiler Management Handbook 2025 section 6 (open-sided, but commercial and imported)
What the site does instead
for meat birds use the PNS 262 free-range indoor figure, name the standard, and state on every result that it is not a confined-housing standard and that none exists for that bird. For layers cite PNS/BAFS 312:2021 section 6.2 instead, which is written for enclosed housing

G-2 — Contract growing terms

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-12 (24 days ago)

What is missing
current per-bird or per-kilo grower fees, charged-back input costs, minimum flock sizes, housing capex
Who would publish it
Bounty Fresh, San Miguel, Vitarich and other named integrators — they publish marketing pages only
What was checked
integrator marketing pages, forum posts of varying age, undated trade-press figures
What the site does instead
explain the structure of a contract-growing arrangement, which is stable, and refuse to state current fee levels without a dated source

G-20 — Philippine nutrient standards for chicken feed by growth stage

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-15 (21 days ago)

What is missing
the protein, fat, fibre, ash and moisture floors BAI requires of each feed tier. BAI AO 01 s. 2008 mandates compliance and routes every figure to its Annexes 1-5, which are published nowhere
Who would publish it
BAI's Animal Feeds, Veterinary Drugs and Biologics Control Division, which wrote the order and holds the annexes
What was checked
BAI AO 01 s. 2008 read at the Supreme Court E-Library (text ends at section 4.2, annexes absent), bai.gov.ph issuances, the BAFS register of approved PNS, FAOLEX, the Official Gazette, PNS/BAFS 163:2015 (ingredient specifications only, no tier), and BAI's 383-page registered feed product list (24,120 products, no nutrient figures and no prices)
What the site does instead
cite RA 1556 section 5(2) for what the sack must declare about itself, and say plainly that the state's own floor is unpublished. Never print the Scribd figures

G-3 — Feed prices by brand, tier and region

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
any published, dated, per-brand and per-tier feed price series
Who would publish it
feed manufacturers (they publish no list prices), dealers (post to Facebook groups that vanish)
What was checked
manufacturer sites, dealer postings, and every source in the G-15 table; BAI publishes 15 ingredients in PHP/kg and no brand, tier or sack
What the site does instead
publish per brand and per tier or not at all — no blended feed price, ever; a headline figure is a synthesis row with its arithmetic shown

G-5 — Vaccine and biologics prices

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-12 (24 days ago)

What is missing
retail prices for Newcastle disease and fowl pox vaccine and the associated equipment, by region and pack size
Who would publish it
agrivet dealers and distributors — they quote per order
What was checked
nothing systematic yet; recorded from the same refresh that opened G-3
What the site does instead
state that the line exists in a startup budget and that no published price series covers it

G-8 — Lazada / Shopee affiliate commission terms

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
the base commission cap, cookie window, minimum payout, payment method, new-site approval rules, and whether a PH individual can be paid without business registration
Who would publish it
Involve Asia and Lazada — both put the terms behind an authenticated JS app
What was checked
lazada.com.ph/helpcenter/affiliate/ (no terms), affiliate.lazada.com.ph (fails to connect), Involve Asia help centre (JS app, empty body to a fetch), the marketing blog PLAN.md cites (commission table is JS-rendered, absent from the HTML)
What the site does instead
the base case uses the PHP 42.50 cap obtained by direct fetch, PHP 212.50 anchors the bull case, and the disagreement is recorded rather than averaged

G-9 — Whether a PH agri sponsorship market exists for independent publishers

Status: openlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
any evidence of a Philippine agri brand paying an independent publisher or creator for sponsorship
Who would publish it
the brands and their agencies — none publishes a rate card, and no PH agri outlet does either
What was checked
42 PH poultry YouTube videos across 7 sponsor-flavoured queries, checked for the paid-promotion flag, sponsor phrases and feed-brand names; 7 carried a brand signal and every one was a brand-owned channel or its agency
What the site does instead
the sponsorship line is modelled at zero until one direct-outreach reply says otherwise

G-16 — Day-old chick price series

Status: partly closedlast checked 2026-08-13 (23 days ago)

What is missing
the dealer / agri-supply price a backyard keeper pays, and any native-chick or sexed/straight-run price. The integrator farmgate level is now sourced
Who would publish it
hatcheries and agri-supply dealers (they quote per order, verbally); BAI publishes the farmgate level only
What was checked
BAI category 19 weekly reports 2023-01-20 to 2026-07-13 (109 PDFs, all extracted), USDA GAIN Poultry Annual RP2025-0039
What the site does instead
doc-price carries the BAI farmgate series and names its market level on every page; the calculator asks the keeper for the dealer price it cannot source

G-19 — Feed intake for a Philippine native chicken line

Status: partly closedlast checked 2026-08-15 (21 days ago)

What is missing
a PH feed intake figure to market age, for a confined native bird whose intake is measurable, published in full. One 12-week, 20-bird UPLB undergraduate trial on a grazing Banaba flock is the whole published record and its forage intake is uncounted
Who would publish it
PCAARRD, UPLB or CLSU, which already run the breed characterisation work that produced the growth curves; UPLB has done a third of it once, as a student project
What was checked
DOST-PCAARRD native poultry breed information system (eggs, egg weight, fertility, hatchability — no intake, and the body weights are behind a login), PJVAS Boholano growth paper (body weight by age — no intake), and on 2026-08-15 the UPLB Knowledge Digital Repository, which is what surfaced Carpizo 2014 (cumulative intake 1,305 g and FCR 3.17 at 12 weeks, abstract only, full text in the UPLB Main Library)
What the site does instead
cite Carpizo 2014 with its four limits stated, and say that the cost side to market age is still not computable — never substitute a broiler intake figure, which describes a different bird over a different period

G-23 — Which LGU ordinance governs your own backyard flock

Status: partly closedlast checked 2026-08-22 (14 days ago)

What is missing
any way to find out from a desk whether your own municipality or barangay caps backyard chicken numbers, bans poultry in a residential zone, or requires a permit below the national threshold
Who would publish it
DILG, which began the e-Legis Reference System in August 2026 under Memorandum Circular No. 2026-041; the 1,634 cities and municipalities individually; the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines and UP-NCPAG as e-Legis partners
What was checked
DILG Region IV-A announcement of e-Legis and the national press coverage of its August 2026 rollout, both read 2026-08-22 — submission is encouraged rather than mandatory, the named audience is vice mayors and Sanggunian members, no public URL and no coverage figure is given; Burgos Ilocos Sur Municipal Ordinance No. 18 s. 2020 read at the LGU site; DA Administrative Circular No. 04 s. 2015 section 8 read at the document for the national 5,000-bird floor
What the site does instead
name the national thresholds with citations, state that the municipal layer exists and cannot be read from any website, give Burgos Ilocos Sur as a worked example of how tight a real cap can be, and send the reader to their barangay hall for a written answer

G-7 — Regional spread on input prices (feed, DOC, vaccines)

Status: partly closedlast checked 2026-09-05 (0 days ago)

What is missing
systematic Luzon / Visayas / Mindanao differences for inputs; freight drives real spread that national figures hide
Who would publish it
nobody for inputs — BAI publishes DOC as a single national figure with no regional breakdown
What was checked
BAI category 19 weekly reports (national only), PSA OpenSTAT 0032M4AFN10.px (111 Geolocation values, output side); output-side regional farmgate + inventory now landed in the archive (task #95)
What the site does instead
every input price on the site states its geography or says plainly that it is national; regional farmgate and chicken inventory are now published per region from PSA

G-6 — Real backyard mortality during an HPAI wave

Status: permanent, no route to closinglast checked 2026-08-12 (24 days ago)

What is missing
any figure for losses in unreported backyard flocks during an outbreak wave
Who would publish it
nobody — official counts record culled birds on reported farms only
What was checked
DA and BAI outbreak reporting, WOAH WAHIS event records
What the site does instead
/manok/hpai states what was officially reported and when, and says explicitly that backyard losses outside reported events are not counted anywhere

1 series catalogued and not yet collected

A different kind of absence. Nobody publishes the figures above; these ones exist somewhere and have not been fetched into the archive yet. Keeping the two lists apart is what stops a backlog quietly becoming an excuse.

1 series catalogued and not yet collected
SeriesState
feed-pricecatalogued only. Still blocked, and not for lack of looking — no official or published source anywhere prices a sack of finished commercial feed. Re-checked 2026-08-13, see G-15

This page is generated from the same document the refresh workflow writes to, so it cannot fall behind the archive. Dates are the dates a human last went looking, not the date this page was built.
